When is the deadline to file my taxes?
Generally all personal returns are due by April 15th (with some exceptions). If you're unable to file by April 15th, you may file for a 6-month extension. Corporations are required to file by the 15th day of the third month after the end of its tax year.
I received tax documents and I've already filed.

If you've left out any income while filing your taxes or forgot to claim additional credits you're entitled to, you will need to file a 1040X, Amended US Individual Income Tax Return. This form must be paper filed.
I just started a new business and set up a LLC.

Generally, a LLC is considered a disregarded entity for tax purposes. In this case, you're considered a sole proprietor and should file on a Schedule C with your individual return. However if a LLC has multiple members or you're electing to be treated as a Corporation for tax purposes, you will need to file a 1120S or 1065. In each case, you will need to wait to file your personal return until your Corporate return has been filed.
Why is my refund less than expected?
If your refund is less than expected, or didn't come at all, you could be subject to the Treasury Offset Program. You can find out more information at https://fiscal.treasury.gov/top/ or by calling 1.800.304.3107
